I went to a Brazilian steakhouse on Sunday (churrascaria). In just one session I have pretty much have developed gout. If I was in Brazil at the moment I would probably be about 50 stone, but you guys are looking so lean in your photos? What's going on?

The internet at the hotel in Rio was a little rubbish. We´ll post are photos in a couple of days. We are at the Iguazu Falls which are amazing.... the hotel helps!
